About Us 

Alexoria is a highly focused independent consultancy that specialises in two service lines: 

  • Revenue generation for professional service firms and technology organisations
  • Getting IT right for public sector organisations, with a specific focus on managing the IT implications of the Government's Shared Services agenda.

Our revenue generation work focuses on helping organisations grow their top line. We help them identify and overcome barriers to organic growth. 

Alexoria's IT-related work is primarily focused on helping public sector organisations manage the IT implications of the Government’s Shared Services agenda. This typically covers restructuring IT and implementing a common IT solution, as well as ensuring the right business processes and organisation are in place.

How Alexoria works 

Our engagements make a tangible difference to the delivery of organisations' strategic objectives. We work in small teams with our clients to help them overcome their revenue generation or IT problems so that they not only surmount their current challenges, but also build capability to overcome similar problems in the future.  All our Consultants and Associates have gained their experience with blue-chip organisations such as Accenture and A.T. Kearney, and have a track record of success with both private and public sector clients.
