As a result of working with us, our clients typically move from a position of not being as clear as they would like to be about what to do to being able to follow a clear and informed direction to solve a strategic or management problem. They then go on to solve their problems and deliver outcomes that are beneficial for their organisations. For example, as a result of working with us, one client broke into the UK public sector 9 months from launching in the UK; another put plans in place to work more effectively with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) so that it increased its win rate and market value. Our clients include the likes of HP Enterprise Services and two other large suppliers of ICT products and services; Computron Software (a technology SME); and Essex County Council’s IT Department.

We help leaders of professional services firms decide what to do with information technology. We then help them deliver the outcomes they want from making those decisions. As a result of working with us, our clients typically move from a position of not being as clear as they would like to be about what to do with information technology to deciding on a clear direction to follow. They then go on and deliver the outcomes they want from following that direction. For example, as a result of working with us, one client decided that it should restructure its IT organisation and subsequently went on to reduce its IT costs by 20%. Another concluded that its IT operation was a threat to the continuity of its business and decided to outsource it. It went on to select and engage suppliers to provide the IT services it needed and to put the necessary mechanisms in place to manage the IT services in a professional way. Our clients include one of the largest UK Research Councils and Hawkins and Associates

Alexoria’s Principal Consultant is Graham Kennedy. Graham has worked in the ICT industry for over 25 years, the majority of which were with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and A.T. Kearney, focusing on the public sector for the last 10 years. While at A.T. Kearney he led the team that helped EDS (now HP) transform its relationship with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from a highly profitable account that was in jeopardy to a mutually beneficial relationship that resulted in a £1bn contract extension for EDS and a 25% reduction in ICT expenditure for DWP.
